Next Chapter Winery is a local, solar-powered farm next to Lake Pepin. Their wines are crafted using traditional techniques and barrel-aging. All wines are made by owner and head wine-maker Timothy "The Cellar Rat" Tulloch, who honed his taste and smelling skills from roasting coffee in South Africa.
On their New Prague farm, they grow their own grapes and have won numerous awards for their amazing wines.
