The Smack Shack, Minneapolis' most famous food truck, has found a permanent home in the North Loop. And what a place! A giant restaurant the scream Louisianan kitsch.
What's new vs the food truck? Well, there are tables for one...And 2 large bars, an open kitchen to watch the cooks work, and a large lobster tank behind the main bar.
