The Lyndale Tap House is the perfect addition to the Uptown area. They do everything well. Maybe it's the long list of rotating taps and seasonal beers. Maybe it's the daily happy hours and nightly drink specials. Or Maybe it's big meaty sandwiches and unique touch to wings and salads...Whatever it is, they Lyndale Taphouse is one of our favorites.
The Lyndale Taphouse is a sandwich and beer joint. Although everything is delicious, there are a few standout items you must try. Already famous for their Pit Beer Sandwich, the original, smothered with horseradish and fried onions is a must. But their Pulled Pork and Cuban Sandwich (with house-made habenero sauce) is also in the running for best sandwich. Also noteable are the burgers and appetizers. But, at ThriftyHipster, we've decided; all items on the weekend brunch menu are the best! Chicken and a biscuit, eggs benedict, and the house bloody mary, all something special.
The Lyndale Taphouse is also well known for having a great looking staff and friendly bartenders. The space is clean and spacious, with large windows that open above the Lyndale Avenue street patio.
The Lyndale Taphouse has large booths, high-top tables, and a social crowd that is usually 24-35ish, but it's good for all ages. Music ranges from classic rock to top 40 and everything in between. Anyhow, if you haven't been there, go. The Taphouse will soon become a favorite.
