Blackbird is your casual "go-to" corner restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They make just about everything from scratch. No frozen fries, no pre-fab desserts. Their menu changes monthly to showcase the best ingredients in their seasons, and to accommodate the fickleness of Mother Nature. But, they do have some cult classics that stick around or reappear seasonally, so you can count on their silly combination of comfort and surprise.
Drawing on inspiration from childhood memories and their individual cultural histories, they use high quality ingredients and transform them into their versions of homespun classics. The end result is a hodgepodge collection of styles and flavors for you to mix, match, sample and share. Bottom line: they cook what they love, love what they cook, and they're damn sincere about it.
They have an ever-changing selection of handcrafted draft beers and food friendly wines, and their addicting coffee gets any sleepyhead out of bed.
The friendly staff is hard to resist. Their casually classic cooking is easy to love. And you won't drop a fortune. It's nice treating yourself, isn't it?
