Cowboy Slims is a bar full of western style character complete with a decor rich in the tradition of the Wild West! The large patio is definitely one of the major attractions with full bar access, high top and table seating and even a fireplace to keep you toasty on those chilly Minnesota nights. We happen to think that this is a wonderful asset especially combined with a little whiskey... Cowboy Slims has a wonderful full menu that includes rotisserie chicken, pot pies, steaks and gourmet burgers (all made from scratch) just to name a few! Not hungry? They also have Shuffleboard and Big Buck Hunter to help wash down that whiskey! If you find yourself in Uptown and would like to go to a bar that is not like the rest, then Cowboy Slims and the Wild West is the place for you!!

I love Slims! Great food all from scratch and just delicious. Excellent drink specials and strong pours. Fun atmosphere that changes nightly... sure you get the occasional d-bag on Fri & Sat, but my girl friends and I always have an amazing time. Weekly specials are great and the management is always there to offer you a free drink, dessert or just checkin on your night. Sometimes the bartenders can be a bit bitchy, but I think it adds to their charm :) haha Best Patio
