The Country Bar & Grill is a long-time resident of the Lyn-Lake corner in uptown Minneapolis. They feature great specials through the day; Uptown's very own dive bar! Kareoke (W-Sa at 9:30pm), cheap drinks, old, run-down interior... The Country Bar has it all when it comes to making you feel comfortable and inebriated. No "snootieness" or attitude here! Come as you are and join the mixed age/mixed dressed crowd enjoying the time spent in the bar.
More:No checks, but all credit cards and ATM. Changing food specials every day.

The specials above are wrong. It's something like $2.75 for a beer or $8 for a pitcher--but my numbers aren't exact. The bar is fun though, esp to start the night
