Manning's Bar & Cafe has maintained in the heart of the campus Como neighborhood by providing a long list of domestic taps (including all things Leinenkugel's) and also a large 32oz beer option, served up for the most prepared patrons. The decor is classic 70's bar style, and is orderly and clean. There are an equal mix of tables and booths, both are relatively easy to attain. Manning's offers arcade games like Golden Tee and Buck Hunter. Manning's hosts a low key atmosphere; the crowd is mixed between blue collar workers and students from the U.
It's a great place to unwind and mingle with other students, but due to the laid back nature, try to keep casual and low-key. Manning's offers a free lot and breakfast during the week. The breakfast is classic and fantastic. Manning's provides simple bar food like inexpensive burgers and sandwiches, which are great for a quick hunger fix.
