The classic, 7-corners bar finally gets a makeover in 2008!!! (note: reviews removed to reflect the new venue) and yes, they DID remodel the bathrooms!

Its cleaned up, but still has a ton of great promotions! One of the biggest improvements is the quality of food; big meaty sandwiches, rich cheeses, and fresh bread now highlight a menu of high-quality bar food. Still a big college hangout, still one of the best patios in Minneapolis, still serving up strong fishbowls...

A Note from the new owners, summer 2010...

Over the years Preston’s has undergone many changes. Changes in name, changes in ownership, new menus and new faces. Once again we are changing Preston’s up, just a bit. Adding onto, would maybe be a better way to put it. Currently we are looking to make Preston’s known as a Minneapolis Beer Drinker’s Destination. With 29 draft lines dedicated to beer, rootbeer included, we thought to ourselves, “Why not go craft?”

And even if you don't drink, join us for a delicious Reuben or our almost famous Bro sandwich. We won't leave you hungry! So, whether you are a first time visitor, a regular presence or just checking out the neighborhood we hope that your drinking and dining experience with us will be one you won't forget!
