I have been here at least a dozen times for lunch and dinner a few times. They have a good beer selection as well. LOVE THE SUBS!! Good fries and free popcorn,

Who cares if they even sell beer. You can buy beer anywhere, but you cannot find a better sub in the world. Come here if you are hingry and want incredible flavor!

Fantastic, unhealthy subs, all kinds of beer, a door which seems as if it should lead to the toilets but opens onto a Chinese place, and no hipsters to be seen. Who could ask for more?

Watch out for the "Hipsters" comments: they only show good comments for the bars that pay them for advertising. Subs and $1.50 pitchers rock!

Way too expensive for such a lame tap selection. Only a good place to be during specials when school is not in session. Otherwise it is too small to hold all those students. AVIOD.

Sit at the bar for good service, the bartenders are attendtive but the wait staff is not. Excellent sub sandwiches and decent selection of beers.

Touche on the $1.50 sludge beer on Tuesdays! You can't argue with that. People are friendly, TVs are flat and viewable, and bartenders are attentive. Very simple, but good!

I'm not familiar with Big 10 sports cafe, but the Big Ten Restaurant and Bar is a great joint.

A friendly staff, and the only warm, inviting, and intoxicating experience on campus. Look no further than the Big Ten. Great drink specials. I came in for a drink and found out that they had two-for-one drinks on many of their nights. Two for one on anything in a pint glass??? Holy hell! I had me a Grey Goose and tonic X2!!! See you out there!

I'm guessing "good subs", the guy who wrote "lame as a bar" was looking for the overpriced, bitchy staffed type of bar filled with slutty girls... (Go to Sally's down the block) Big Ten is the perfect for food and beers any time of the day and the staff has always been awesome.

As an employee, I'd like to clear up confusion on this website, we DO serve liquor and have for over a year now, also, we're not a sports 'cafe', we are a restaurant/bar. A hole in the wall type place if you will. Great/large menu with about any liquor or beer to serve your tastes. From rail vodka to Grey Goose and Belvidere and from PBR and Old style to Guiness, come on in, we'd enjoy having ya.

I've always loved the Big 10, the only truly great beer special on campus. One time Lewin got a really small sandwich for the lunch special and was pissed, it was funny.

I went one tuesday night and I ahve been going there almost every tuesday for the last year and a half. Great Staff who will talk to you and liek to have fun. And it has hurt a wednesday morning class.

nothing in the area can beat this bar. friendly, fun staff and great drink specials. starting about a month ago, they began offering 2 for 1's on anything you can get in a pint glass from 9 to midnight EVERY night of the week (except tuesday's for obvious reasons). also, on thursday nights they have 2 for 1 domestic beers starting at 7. happy hour special (I think from 4-7) is $1 PBR's. is there another bar that can beat this? no way. highly recommended.

I never imagined that a Sport's Bar would be my home away from home, when I was in college, but it was so. These days, I still enjoy the food, the excellent beer selection and a chat with the friendly bartenders during lunch hour. The days of spending Friday nights drinking $6 pitchers of Summit may be over, but I'm sure they have some other new and better happy hour special to ease post-grads into the grind of 9-5 existence. There is nothing hip or trendy about this bar, nor is it one of the working class watering holes where hipsters slum it to gawk at "regular folk." It's just does what it does better than any other place in Stadium Village and that's allright with me.

If judging only on Tuesdays, it would be a 5 out of 5. $1.50 is tough to beat and the place is always packed. A staple of college living.

As of August you can get a mixed drink. Mixers are even included in the happy hour pricing, $1.00 off, even all calls. they are all doubles served in pint glasses. Now how can you beat that.

Cheap Tuesdays,great subs. About the only place and time I would consider buying a round for the house. It would cost about $15.

Watch out1 The cheese bread has mayo on it. Even more perilious is the Tuesday night clientiel's inability to "hold their own"- don't wear your favorite shoes!
