One of the best places to eat and drink outdoors. That is, if you are willing to ignore the labor practices of this place.

WA Frost is beautifully decorated (esp. outside) with (usually) very professional waitstaff and bartenders, a solid menu, and a stellar wine and cheese list. They were doing local-sourcing before anybody else. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

I've give the dining room 2 stars for overpriced food and terrible service, the bar a 4 for decent atmosphere and good service, and the patio also a 4 for beautiful atmosphere and tolerable service. Be prepared to pay more, but it's worth it for the decently strong drinks on the gorgeous patio.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm BOY! I love their Ragout de Raccoon de Mise à Mort de Route. And their vegetarian Enchiladas con Heces de la Cabra is exquisite! (Although that one always tastes like it has meat in it to me.) Definitely a thrifty place to spend a ton of cash. Check out their tasting flights.
