Wow, the servers here think that they are the next supermodels. I agree with the post below me....they need to be knocked off their pedestals. We tipped good, and they were all rude and conceited.

BY FAR THE WORST BOTTLE SERVICE IN (AND OUT) OF THE CITIES!!! We made the horrible mistake of going here on the most important party night of the year...New Year's and our night was ruined!! We made bottle service reservations way in advance to ensure that we had a spot...HA! First, we get to Valentino's at 10pm to find that they had given the spot we had reserved away!! Instead of correcting the problem and asking the people at our rightfully reserved table to move, they tried to seat 15 of us at a $hitty high top table on the dance floor that could maybe seat 4. We tried explaining that this was unacceptable and the staff was incredibly rude! We waited over an hour for our server to bring us the bottle we ordered and when she finally came back she rudely informed us that they were out of bottles (wtf?!!!)!!! We were finally moved to a less terrible table and were promised free shots as some sort of half-assed compensation, which they charged us for at the end of the night and refused to take off our tab!! (We were drinking red bull vodka and they shots we got were of red bull and vodka...why would we order that if they weren't free?!!) At the end of the night we ended up with an incredibly out of line bill which we tried to correct with the server (who was very rude and told us it wasn't her fault and didn't have time to deal with us). They we talked to the VIP manager who was a complete moron!! While the guys in my group were trying to iron out the issues with our tab, I went to use the bathroom and was told that I couldn't. After arguing with Marvin, the 5'2 bouncer with some serious little man syndrome, I was told that since it was 2:05 I was not allowed to use the bathroom. I explained that the rest of my group was talking to the manager and while I waited for them I needed to use bathroom. To this Marvin responded by shoving me towards the stairs and calling back up security on me!!!! (I'm a 5'7 125lb girl! Not a threat to him!!) I'm not going to make a long story even longer by sharing everything else that went terribly wrong here because I'm sure you get the point. AVOID BOTTLE SERVICE HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to one of the clubs in downtown, like Karma or Spin, that actually know how bottle service works!!!

I did not like this place at all. It was alright in the very begininng now it is becoming very ghetto like ! The waitress' don't bother cutting people off when they are extremely drunk. Therefore, you have dumb drunk ass people annoying the hell out of you and then driving home !!!

What is happening to Valentinos!? You guys could have such a cool thing going here... Doing the KDWB party-zone thing was a horrid mistake in my opinion. If you are a single guy, there is nothing but fatties (both of the ghetto AND the white trash varieties). And not only does this KDWB thing attract this crowd, but ONLY that crowd. Was really empty all night and not even one looker in the whole place. If you have to check this place out, do it on a sat. Valentinos was sweet for the first 6 months or so, but DAMN! It's gettin bad! My advise, loose the KDWB party-zone!

We like to go out with large groups and get a spot in VIP when we go out. We have done the whole bottle service thing at Valentino's probably 5 or 6 times and each time just keeps getting worse. The last time we got a VIP spot, they refused to put the ropes around our area, and drunk red necks kept stumbling in and would spill drinks over our balcony and harass the girls in our party. We complained several times and got so special treatment. So what the hell are we paying all this extra money for? Because Valentino's is so close to home, we went there last weekend. We decided that they have no idea how to cater to people who shell out big bucks to get good service (Not like downtown). We went to the martini room and met a super cool bartender who took care of us like no VIP waitress ever has. Most fun I've ever had there. Come here to dance and co-mingle. Do not waste your money on shitty VIP treatment. Lesson learned.
