It would appear that Valentinos has a large problem with stolen purses. I had my purse set on a ledge next to me on 7/11, I was approached by about 7 women and as one started a conversation with me in order to distract, her friends made off with my bag. I reported it to the DJ right away and my boyfriend alerted the bouncers. One bouncer admitted that it happens frequently and it would be found in the bathroom. And it was, sans cash, credit cards and my camera. Obviously it was a planned maneuver and I have highly discouraged people from going to this bar in the future. We were taken here on a party bus and none of us will ever come back. I can say that I do appreciate that the DJ made an announcement right away and that the bouncer we dealt with was extremely empathetic which I am sure comes with all the practice he has had dealing with this.

What I can't stand the most are the gutter sluts and ghetto pukes that think they are actually cool in this place. The horse-shit clientele is fitting considering it is across the road from the former stockyards and it is the building that housed former livestock exchange. Oh yeah, the service sucks worse than a toothless whore with herpes.

Wow, the servers here think that they are the next supermodels. I agree with the post below me....they need to be knocked off their pedestals. We tipped good, and they were all rude and conceited.

BY FAR THE WORST BOTTLE SERVICE IN (AND OUT) OF THE CITIES!!! We made the horrible mistake of going here on the most important party night of the year...New Year's and our night was ruined!! We made bottle service reservations way in advance to ensure that we had a spot...HA! First, we get to Valentino's at 10pm to find that they had given the spot we had reserved away!! Instead of correcting the problem and asking the people at our rightfully reserved table to move, they tried to seat 15 of us at a $hitty high top table on the dance floor that could maybe seat 4. We tried explaining that this was unacceptable and the staff was incredibly rude! We waited over an hour for our server to bring us the bottle we ordered and when she finally came back she rudely informed us that they were out of bottles (wtf?!!!)!!! We were finally moved to a less terrible table and were promised free shots as some sort of half-assed compensation, which they charged us for at the end of the night and refused to take off our tab!! (We were drinking red bull vodka and they shots we got were of red bull and vodka...why would we order that if they weren't free?!!) At the end of the night we ended up with an incredibly out of line bill which we tried to correct with the server (who was very rude and told us it wasn't her fault and didn't have time to deal with us). They we talked to the VIP manager who was a complete moron!! While the guys in my group were trying to iron out the issues with our tab, I went to use the bathroom and was told that I couldn't. After arguing with Marvin, the 5'2 bouncer with some serious little man syndrome, I was told that since it was 2:05 I was not allowed to use the bathroom. I explained that the rest of my group was talking to the manager and while I waited for them I needed to use bathroom. To this Marvin responded by shoving me towards the stairs and calling back up security on me!!!! (I'm a 5'7 125lb girl! Not a threat to him!!) I'm not going to make a long story even longer by sharing everything else that went terribly wrong here because I'm sure you get the point. AVOID BOTTLE SERVICE HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to one of the clubs in downtown, like Karma or Spin, that actually know how bottle service works!!!
