Moscow on the Hill is a great Russian Restaurant specializing in authentic family-recipe foods and vodka infusions (they even make and distribute Referent Horseradish Vodka distilled by the 45th Parelel Co. in WI) from the heart of Moscow. A fuller review after we've had a few more things, but the stroganoff is good:)

Stop in for late night or grab a Lunch Coupon, Moscow on the Hill is just a couple minutes from downtown St. Paul.

Live Music Fridays & Saturdays: from 6pm-11pm your experience gets even more authentic. Armenian musician plays Traditional accordion music and tells some stories.

Parking: Free parking on the street or Valet on the weekends.

I wish it was a little bit more loungy, but they make up for that in the summers with a great patio. Great vodka drinks of every size and flavor. Excellent food. Try the Polmeni dumplings, they're fantastic!
