This is the original Green Mill! The first ever. Did you know that “Green Mill�? was originally a different brew pub in this location, but then the same owners changed the name and let their concept of great food and drinks take off? This Green Mill is a bit larger than most of the other ones around the city, and although they serve the same food as the others, this one offers great micro brews cooked up right on the very spot (you can see the casks behind the bar). Here, they brew 4 regular beers (including a prize winning pale ale) and 2 seasonals. The restaurant is a bigger draw than the bar, which is sectioned to only allow smoking in that area. Night draws a bigger college crowd for the great specials, but also increases the smoke level. Free parking is easily found on the street and food is served through the happy hour. Its also a bit hipper than some of the other Green Mills, they play great NuJazz lounge music and everything else from 70's dance to Europop to 80's classics.

Slowest service on earth...and the waiters and waitresses are lazy ass farts! Don't go here unless you have hours to kill.

I used to regular this place back when they had half-price apps but they changed up the prices so it really isn't a great HH deal anymore! Love the wings but they aren't "thrifty" anymore. Oh yeah, the service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Some of the worst I've ever seen.
