I live in a dorm and Green Mill was the place for my friends and I to eat great food for a great price. The prices were great and the pizza is fabulous. I have never had a problem with the service like so many other people have commented. The strawberry margaritas on the rocks and the Diablo wings are also fabulous!

Green Mill got famous when they got a good write up in one of the free weeklies in the '80s. Nothing special here folks.

Not nearly as good as Uptown Green Mill -esp the happy hours - but good enough for complacent St. Paul. Should probably update the summary for post-smoking ban since it mentions a smoky interior.

I watch a waitress clean the table wiping all the ice onto the floor. The one on Grand has really turned into a dump.

This place is no longer a brew pub. The food and appetizers are lower in quality--something they don't seem to care much about anymore. I would stay away.
