Just south of Uptown, Café Ena is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for some upscale Latin fusion cuisine dining. The environment is very chill and laid-back; they refer to their setup as “warm” and “inviting” and they could not be more right, especially due to their accommodating staff and service. And as it so happens, Café Ena is also an excellent place to bring a date if you’re in the area, especially if you’re on a budget, as nothing on the menu exceeds $15. They have happy hour and extensive wine list, however, Café Ena is purely a restaurant. No matter, stop by and enjoy their patio, share a bottle of wine, and eat some good South American food.

Marvelous food! Everything was crisp, light, and perfect for summer. Unfortunately, their "happy hour" was poorly explained and thrifty hipster beware: the half-price bottles only apply to the expensive, $40+ bottles.

Great food and decent portions/prices. It's worth the trip but it's just that - a special trip to get here. Friendly staff and a warm vibe

Good food with an interesting menu selection. It's not my favorite place in Minneapolis, but it's certainly good enough for me to bring company there and make return trips.

The 3 to 5 PM Happy Hour is thinly attended for it is quite a distance from Uptown. Thus it is a nice place for a quiet sojourn. Appetizers are a great value, especially the Argentinian Ceviche for $5 - fantastic.
