Ah the Spring Street Bar, how do we love thee?

It has to be your ultra-casual atmosphere, free parking lot, and breakfast food. Never before have I been so disgusted by a bathroom yet in love with colorful regulars that bring so much pazazz to a local neighborhood bar. Regular drink specials and a decent tap list round out the experience. Week night games like bingo, poker, and trivia keep us entertained until the happy hours run down.

The Spring Street Bar also has shows in its Club Underground, which you can enter from the side. Usually a cover, but always decent local bands and drink specials.

That regular customer, Kappy, is a real butthole, but if you can avoid that skeezer, the place is fuggin' MINT!

I enjoy the various personalities from the staff at the Spring Street. The staff are not pretentious but friendly and there to serve people and have a great time doing it. Some of the comments I've read are sad, but you know there's an asshole or two in every crowd. We just appreciate them not being at the Spring!

Have you ever watched Cheers and wished there was a bar where everybody knew your name? Look no further because Spring Street is the most welcoming bar in Minneapolis. The staff provides a friendly atmosphere with delicious inexpensive food and great drink specials. There is a bloody bar on the weekends and the juke box has lots of good tunes. Did I mention the half a dozen hot waitresses that will do shots with you?

Ok ok. Settle down here. The chic that is pregnant isn't taking real shots. Just like some of the drunks get poured cranberry juice for their shots. Also, the (unpregnant) bartenders drinking is awesome. Settle down. Also, bartenders DO pay for their drinks and often times they are bought by customers too. You guys should be this concerned about real world problems. Okay? The people that work here are honest, hardworking people and you what? They deserve your respect.
