Dave Mehling (The Fontanelles, Portage) will bring an eclectic mix of original pop ala Jeff Buckley and Elliot Smith with some inspired performances of standards ranging from Billy Holiday to Phillip Glass. He has shared the stage with Low, Clem Snice and Andrew Bird. A Duluth native, he currently writes and performs in Minneapolis, MN.

Small plates: ($1-10) including Mac & Cheese (with lobster & truffle), Smelt Fries (Recommended!), and Big Plates: Steaks, Fish, Stroganoff, and many other great options ($15-25). They also have a liquor list with hard to find, yet high quality boozes and a large and diverse tap list with something for every beer lover.
As the first LEED-Certified restaurant in Minneapolis, the Red Stag is a new concept blending health (both personal and environmental) and lifestyle into one incredible place to eat. They offer Live Music Thursday nights at 10pm and Friday-Saturday nights at 10:30pm, never a cover!
