Located in the old Panera Bread space on Hennepin Ave, New Bohemia is a craft beer bar and restaurant that just opened up in Northeast Minneapolis. The food menu is fast-casual with several different sausages. New Bohemia has 32 tap lines and another 60 more in bottles. Expect the beer list to be balanced, and to put an emphasis on America, Belgian, and German craft brews.
