Zeno is one of the newer additions to uptown. Billing themselves as a "triumph over blandness" Zeno holds true to its claims and features exquisite desserts, service, and of course, wine. Not to mention the huge list of different coffees…
Zeno is largely popular with the trendy folks and is thinking about having live jazz in the future. The seating area is a bit small, but it is nice to view all the tasty dessert options cafeteria style before ordering. Prices range from $3-15 for salads, apps, and deserts. You certainly won't get stuffed here, but you will walk away feeling completely satisfied and content. Zeno also features a wide variety of imported coffees for sale by the cup or pound. It also offers free wireless access and one-hour parking validation during the week before 4pm.

Worst service I've ever received. Sat there for at least 15min on a slow Saturday evening with a party of 4 while people who came in after us were served. Terrible.

I would have to say 4 and 1/2 stars. The martini's at Zeno's are phenomenal, I love that at happy hour they are super cheap. $3 for a high end martini can't beat that. Food is so so have never been impressed by that.

I've gone here a couple times, never been impressed. The atmosphere is cool, but if you're a dessert place, then in my book, your desserts should be the best in town. They aren't. Not even close.
