This is a very cool bar with a very relaxed, relatively low attitude atmosphere to it. They have a 3-for-1 happy hour every Friday from 5p to 7p which is always jam packed with people. The only draw back I find to this bar is that their drinks are weak; not just a little weak, they're very week. But other than that, they know what they're doing and I recommend this place as a nice "warm up" bar to a full blown night out on the town.

I'm confused. I tried to go to the Bolt Ungerground several times. I always get into the Bolt, but can't find the Underground. Are they both the same? There are now to many projection screens. It makes the Bolt to light. Sometimes more can be to much.

This was a cool bar. The bartenders were real friendly and extremely hot! Good music and videos. The only thing I didn't like was the patio, it was a good space, but it looked thrown together.

This is a great (& long) space to dance & drink in. They make HUGE martinis! I went to hear Chi Chi Larue spin last summer & had a ball! I've only been back once & spent most of the eve in the upstairs video bar & patio. Worth checking out.

The Underground is the hottest dance space in Minneapolis. The Bolt video bar plays great dance music / vids. Bartenders are great. Fast service. Smoking on the patio.
