Cosmos in the Graves Hotel at Block E is one of the ritziest, fanciest, and most expensive place listed on our site. To get there, enter through the hotel and head up to the 4th floor. The elevator doors will open to a huge expansive room with high ceilings, marble floors, and elegant lighting. The decor is straight from the center of Manhattan with a touch of Miami interlaced throughout the dining room and bar areas.

The bar and dining areas are both well lit, but the service and help are excellent and very professional. The crowd varies and is usually older, but after 11pm (when they stop serving dinner), the crowd gets a little younger and a little more active. They play hip lounge house music and down tempo/new age most of the night. The Cosmos has great acoustics, but no one dances here. They came for one reason: to be seen and mingle with the upper-class elites.

Everyone is dressed elegantly and fashionably for a night on the town. The Cosmos boasts a great bar menu (their rail gin is Tangueray), but can be a bit high priced ($8 rail cocktail). The food is also ultra posh and is French-Mediterranean Cuisine. The menu changes and they offer great options for a sampling menu ($60/person). Appetizers are around $10, entrees around $20-30. Overall, the Cosmos gets high marks for something to try out when you really want to treat yourself and can afford it.
