I ordered food that they forgot about, but they were really nice about making sure I got it fast. I only had to wait about 20 minutes even though the order was lost and it was Valentine's Day

I ordered to go from the menu, and got home to discover that my order was the wrong order---went back with the order and my receipt in hand, and was treated horribly by the waittress that handed me the wrong order.....I was made to feel like a liar for something that was her mistake, even though I had my receipt and the time elapsed upon my return was less than an half-hour.....I was told that I must have gotten my food from somewhere else---even though they just handed me this food less than a hour ago! I had to get assertive, in order to get what was rightfully mine.....Maybe it was just a bad day for her---we all have them--I am willing to give it another chance, since the food was really good....

I agree about the poor service. Theres a Sawatdee that just opened in Saint Paul, and it was better service and food than any of the experiences I've had at the two in Minneapolis. If you're up for the trek, its totally worth it.

Worst service I have seen in a long time, possibly ever. Someone needs to light a fire under these peoples asses. Unbearable to watch. ...Good food though
