coming from NYC, I have to say the food is GREAT, a fraction of the cost of most such restaurants. Fantastic vibe...great music....great service. Nagori, Sapporo, and the spicy tuna combo. I love this place and go at least a few times a month. Did I mention the best raw fish in the twin cities?

Best to go with a big group for best service. Couples having dinner here seemed to get the shaft, service-wise, since, I'm guessing, their tab wasn't as big. Sushi was fresh, appetizers were great, food in general was delicious.

I'm a regular and big fan of Origami. Always a great experience and best quality in sushi around. Love the staff (well, most of them)!

Live right across the street from Oragami and have been there many times. Used to go there all the time for their lunch special and happy hour. Service is terrible during happy hour now, and they became lame and jacked up there prices during happy hour, and limited the beers you can get for the happy hour special. They also make there happy hour shorter, and this site has the times wrong so call ahead to verify what they feel like making it this week...

Sushi was ok but the entree Yose-Nabe was disgusting!! The waitress was friendly but food came over 2 hours after we had ordered it. By the time 1 person finished eating the other person had just gotten their food. The manager said sorry but didn't do much. Next time i'm going to Benihanas!!
