Salsa a la Salsa's intention is that you have a true Mexican dining experience every time you visit. Their commitment is that their ambiance, service, and food will meet the highest standards. The recipes are from the central part of Mexico, and have been passed down in their families for many generations. They feature a combination of the most traditional ways of cooking with the creation of new dishes using basic ingredients such as corn husks, banana leaves, hominy, cactus, papaya, and pineapple, as well as spices like achiote, smoked chipotle peppers, chiltepin, and epazote, all enhanced by marinating, grilling, and steaming. All the sauces and dishes are made from scratch.
