The waiter argued with me about whether or not my spouse and I received the chicken course on the tasting menu. The CHICKEN course! Why would someone lie for something as bland as chicken?? Anyway, he insisted that we did (because he put the order in) and we insisted that we never were served (because we weren't) After arguing we finally got our teeny chicken breasts. Also I got incredibly sick shortly after I crawled into bed a few hours later. I will never go back. EVER.

French cuisine at its absolute finest. Plan to throw the checkbook to the side for a visit to one of the top 5 restaurants in Minneapolis. Don't do this one on the cheap, or you will leave hungry and unsatisfied. Choose a soup over a salad, and the seafood selections are fantastic.

I didn't know that Thrifty Hipsters ate Bone Marrow and fancy plates of cheese for over 40.00... Why is La Belle Vie shamelessly plugging themselves here? This is ridiculous. How would a true Thrifty Hipster know the bartenders name?

I had dinner there and it was very delicious, but it also was over $300 for two people (including wine.) It's just not cheap. The bone marrow was absolutely gross. Not an everyday place and definitely not for the college crowd.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in the TC. Great tapas/appetizers and great drinks from Johnnyas Mariana stated. Let him suggest the drink for you, he's never wrong!
