Love the food, love the atmosphere, but I have to take off a star for the prices. This is NOT a cheap night out. But it's great, splurg-y fun.

Top quality food and drinks. Very good services. If you like it perfect without the upturned nose this is the place.

Delicious food and a nice change of pace for dancing afterwards. Babalu is one of the few places in Minneapolis that hires professional waitstaff. I'm returning Saturday!

Very expensive drinks but it's what to expect at a place like this. Food was very good but if you're looking for large portions to pig out this isn't the place for you. Nice atmosphere but very poor service. I ordered a drink when I sat down for dinner and out waiter didn't stop back until our food was ready and I had to ask for the drink, pretty pathetic! If your're on a budget, don't go here! I won't be going back anytime soon.
